AI fluency, built through practice — not a slide about it. The last two years: formal AI programmes paired with applying them directly inside live product organisations.
Applied in the org
- Enroly (2024–2026): led the AI strategy — capabilities that reduced manual processing for university admissions teams; introduced the Imperial College AI Business Transformation framework across product and operations, accelerating documentation and discovery cycles; built AI capability into the team competency framework
- Lingoda (2022–2024): introduced AI-supported capabilities for internal product processes and personalised learning experiences
Formal programmes
- Imperial College Business School — Executive Programme: AI for Business Transformation — Generative AI, Agentic AI and Beyond (2026)
- AI Evals with Reforge (2026)
- Reforge AI Productivity + Strategy (2025)
- AI Bootcamp & Hackathon — Encode Club (2024): built AI-enabled products; Team Zenith developed a concept to improve A&E patient visits with AI-supported insights
- Venturethon — Soonami (2024/25): Team Acadoze explored AI-personalised learning experiences
AI fluency on its own is not the differentiator — pairing it with 20 years of strategy-to-execution experience in regulated, trust-sensitive sectors is. Knowing which AI-driven changes actually reduce operational load versus which just look good in a demo, and having run the organisational change to make them stick.
